Life in the Dr. Korczak’s Orphanage photo exhibition. It is an electronic exhibit of a collection of pictures taken mostly by Shlomo Nadel, one of the Korczak’s orphans. This collection of pictures is a part of the archives at Yad Vashem and the Washington DC Holocaust Museum.
The pictures illustrate recently published biography of Shlomo Nadel by Lea Lipiner, whose English edition was published by the Janusz Korczak Association of Canada and the Canadian Office of the Advocate for Children and Youth Rights in 2015. The exhibition is set in the context of Shlomo’s biography as related to the UN Charter of Children’s Rights.
